We handle all window and door types for Davie homes and businesses — impact installation, glass repair, screen replacement, and sliding door service. Every product is Florida-approved and installed by our in-house team of seven master technicians.

• Storm rated openings on the larger Davie lots are handled with hurricane impact glass replacement.
• Older and non-standard openings on the ranch properties are built in our own shop, which is what wood work covers.
• Window and door panels are rebuilt on site through screen replacement.
• Cage panels around the pool are rebuilt through pool screen replacement.
• Utility and jalousie openings take single pane glass replacement.
• When the frame is the problem rather than the glass, new window installation replaces the unit.

Davie has a wide mix of single-family homes, equestrian properties, and commercial developments — we handle all of them. Each project gets an individual assessment before any product is recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What windows are required in Davie under the Florida Building Code?

A: Florida Building Code requires impact-resistant windows for most new construction and significant renovations in Broward County. We carry Florida-approved impact windows that meet all current requirements for Davie properties.

Q: Do you work on equestrian properties and larger residential lots in Davie?

A: Yes. Davie has a number of properties on larger lots with non-standard or older construction. We’re well-equipped for these jobs — our in-house woodworking workshop can fabricate custom frames for openings that don’t match standard product dimensions.

Q: Can you replace windows on a home near Nova Southeastern University or Broward College?

A: Yes. We serve all residential and commercial properties in Davie, including those near the university corridor. We work with homeowners, landlords, and property managers depending on the situation.

Q: Do you work on Saturdays?

A: Yes. Our hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday.

Q: How long does a window replacement take in Davie?

A: A single window typically takes 1–2 hours. For larger projects, we aim to complete everything in one visit — timeline depends on window count and any custom work required.
