Who We Are
Atlantic Window Repair is a licensed window and door repair and installation company based in Boca Raton, Florida.
We have been working in South Florida since December 2020, serving residential and commercial properties across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.
The company was founded by Ivan Didzhiokas, who built Atlantic around a single operating principle: every job is handled by our own people. No subcontractors, no third-party crews, no handoffs. When you call us, the team that shows up is the team that does the work — licensed master technicians who have been with the company and know South Florida's buildings, climate, and codes.
We work on windows, doors, glass, screens, and wood — repair and installation, residential and commercial. Our service area covers Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Parkland, Lake Worth, Highland Beach, and the surrounding communities of South Florida.
Our Team
Atlantic Window Repair operates with a team of seven licensed master technicians.
Each technician handles the full range of our services — window repair and replacement, glass work, door repair and installation, screen replacement, and mechanism repair. The scope of work shifts between residential and commercial jobs, between straightforward repairs and complex installations, but the team does not.
One of our core capabilities is in-house woodworking. We operate our own woodworking workshop, which means we can address wood window frames, sills, and surrounding trim directly — rot repair, restoration, custom millwork — without sending work out to another contractor. For older homes with original wood windows, or for any job where glass failure has led to water damage in the surrounding frame, this matters.
We are available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. Saturday availability is not standard in this industry in South Florida — we offer it because a large part of our residential client base cannot easily take time off during the week.

What We Work On
Our work spans four main property types, and the technical demands of each are different.
Private Residences Single-family homes make up the largest share of our work. South Florida's residential stock ranges from newer construction with impact-rated windows and double pane insulated glass to older homes with single pane windows, jalousie panels, and original wood frames. We work across all of it — repair and replacement, glass and hardware, frames and screens.
Condominiums Boca Raton and the surrounding coastal communities have a large condominium market. We work directly with unit owners on window and door repairs, glass replacement, and screen work. Condominium jobs often involve coordination with building management regarding access and approved materials — we are familiar with how that process works.
Older and Historic Buildings South Florida has a significant inventory of homes built before the current window and door standards were established. Older buildings often have original wood frames, non-standard glass dimensions, and hardware that is no longer manufactured. Our in-house woodworking capability and experience with custom glass cutting means we can work on these properties without defaulting to full window replacement when repair is the better answer.
Commercial Properties We work on retail spaces, office buildings, restaurants, medical offices, and other commercial properties. Commercial glass work — storefront doors, office windows, glass partitions, impact-rated commercial glazing — requires a licensed contractor and familiarity with Florida Building Code requirements. We handle both repair and installation on the commercial side.

We look at the window, door, or glass in question, assess the condition of the frame and surrounding structure, and give you a clear recommendation and quote before any work begins. We do not price over the phone for anything beyond the most straightforward single-pane replacements — the condition of the frame matters, and we need to see it.
We maintain working relationships with glass manufacturers and hardware suppliers across South Florida. This means we can source replacement glass units, certified impact glass, specialty hardware, and non-standard components on reasonable lead times — and it means we are not dependent on a single supplier when availability is tight after a storm season.
