PGT Window & Sliding Door Repair

A PGT sliding glass door rides on rollers set into the bottom track, and after years of coastal use those rollers flatten until the door drags, jumps the track, or won’t latch. PGT impact windows use laminated glass that can crack on the outer lite while the inner layer holds. In both cases the frame is usually fine — Atlantic Window Repair replaces the failed rollers or glass and gets the unit working again.

Our seven in-house master technicians handle every job with zero subcontractors. Licensed and insured, serving South Florida since 2020, available six days a week including Saturdays (10 AM–2 PM).

PGT Sliding Glass Door Roller & Track Repair

When a heavy PGT slider starts to drag, the rollers underneath have usually worn flat or seized. We lift the panel, replace the roller assemblies, clean and true the track, and adjust the door so it glides and locks the way it should. A grinding, sticking, or off-track slider is a repair — not a reason to replace the whole door.

PGT Impact Window & Door Glass Replacement

Impact glass is laminated, so a strike often cracks only the outer pane while the inner layer stays intact. We replace the damaged laminated glass unit in your existing PGT frame, keeping the impact rating and the frame you already have.

Foggy PGT Glass

If moisture or haze appears between the panes of a PGT insulated unit, the seal has failed — that’s not something polishing or cleaning fixes, because the fog is sealed inside the glass unit. The pane itself is replaced.

Repair vs. Replacement for PGT Units

Worn rollers, cracked glass, and failed hardware are all repairs that keep your original PGT frame in place. Full replacement only makes sense when the frame itself is compromised. We confirm which you’re dealing with during a free in-home estimate.
