Are you based in Boca Raton, or do you just service it?
Yes, we are based here. Our office and our woodworking workshop are both in Boca Raton, and our technicians work across the city every week. That is why a single small repair is still worth a visit for us, where a company driving in from another county might not take the job.
Do you offer auto glass repair services?
No, we do not. We work on buildings only: windows, glass doors, storefronts and screens for homes and businesses. Car, truck, and boat glass are a different trade with different equipment. If you need auto glass, an auto glass specialist is the right call.
Do you repair windows or only replace them?
Yes, we repair them, and repair comes first. If the frame is sound we replace only the glass and leave the window in place. That costs far less than a full unit. Replacement is what we recommend when the frame itself is damaged or the window has reached the end of its life.
What is the cheapest way to fix a broken window?
In almost every case it is replacing the glass rather than the whole window. A cracked pane, a failed sealed unit, a worn balancer or a broken roller are all repairs. We quote both options at the estimate so you can see the difference before you decide.
Do you work in gated communities and HOAs?
Yes, we do. We work in gated communities across Boca Raton every week and know how the approval process runs. Before anything is ordered, we confirm the window matches your building specification for frame color, style and glass type. We can also send our license and insurance documents to the association first.
Can you handle non-standard window sizes in older homes?
Yes, we can. Homes built east of I-95 in the 1960s through the 1980s often have openings that match no current standard size. Our own woodworking workshop builds frames to fit them. This is work most window companies in Palm Beach County turn down.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are, for both residential and commercial work. We can provide the documentation to a homeowner, an HOA board or a property manager before the job starts, which is what most buildings in Boca Raton ask for.
Is the estimate free?
Yes, it is. A technician comes to your property, inspects the window or door, takes measurements, and gives you a price. There is no charge for the visit and no charge for the quote. Nothing is ordered until you approve the work.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Saturday slots are limited and go early in the week, so call ahead if you need a weekend appointment.

Do you charge for the estimate?
No, we don’t. The on-site visit and the written estimate are free, and there is no obligation to book the work.
Why won’t you quote a price over the phone?
Because the same symptom has different causes. A sliding door that will not close might need a roller, a track, or a new panel, and those are three different prices. Ten minutes on site gives you a number that will not change later.
